Madeo founded 2005 has been a rapidly growing provider of consulting services procurement. Madeo was, due to its fast and financially sound growth recently appointed to "Gazelle company" by the Swedish financial daily newspaper Dagens Industri. Madeo has recognized experience and expertise in consultant brokerage, outsourcing procurement, and recruitment for the IT industry.

On July 2011, Madeo was acquired by ZeroChaos, a workforce management company, headquartered in Orlando, Florida. ZeroChaos helps customers achieve greater management and financial control of their workforce and talent supply chains through innovative private-label solutions and full-disclosure pricing.

Through the acquisition Madeo is fully owned by ZeroChaos and as a result, will be able to enhance its global strength and capabilities particularly in the Nordic and the rest of the European market. Also, it will enable Madeo to significantly strengthen its portfolio of service offerings, to include both its current as well as ZeroChaos portfolio of services.

Being a ZeroChaos company Madeo will have the needed infrastructure, the international backbone and financial strength to be able to grow and expand its business together with its customer, both locally and in an international setting.
